Barricades block access to Simpson and Haven avenues at 32nd Street in Ocean City — a common precaution in many storms each year.

The Ocean City Flooding advocacy group will hold a public meeting 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6 in Room 116 of the Ocean City Free Public Library.

The group says it will provide an update on what it has done and what it still hopes to accomplish. All residents are invited to share concerns and comments about flooding on the island.
