With the Spring Plant season starting May 1, 2023, and lasting until around July 15, 2023, HRI is continuing to invest in their staff, equipment and facilities to enhance their offerings. Providing a better service level in a shorter timeframe.
A lot has changed within the company ahead of the Spring Plant, such as:
• Investing In New Equipment
The decision to invest in the new equipment came as the management team began to realize the demand for their services was out growing their current fleet. HRI invested in a 2021 Tigercat 635, adding to the current arsenal which now includes three units with three-row disk trenchers and two units with two-row disk trenchers.
• A New 10,000 Square Foot Shop
With the current rate of growth Heritage Reforestation Inc. decided to invest in a new 10,000 square foot shop.
Not only does the building feature welding and milling capabilities, but it also boasts three heavy vehicle hoists. Why? So the in-house mechanics can service, repair, and maintain company-owned equipment minimizing down-time which is crucial in a seasonal business.
All HRIs logistics are handled in house with their own fleet of trucks.
• Greenhouse Facility on The Horizon
While still under construction, the on-site greenhouse will be a welcome addition for Heritage Reforestation Inc. filling an ever-growing demand gap within their local community for seedlings.
