Three new deaths and 29 more cases of coronavirus were reported Saturday in Cape May County.

The latest deaths from COVID-19 include a 73-year-old man from Dennis Township and an 80-year-old man and a 75-year-old woman who were both residents of the Victoria Manor long-term care facility in Lower Township, according to a press release.

“Our deepest sympathy goes out to all the families who have lost loved ones due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” Cape May County Health Officer Kevin Thomas said in the release. “Social distancing is the best way to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Individuals should keep 6 feet of space between themselves and other people outside your home. This will only help to protect you and your loved ones from potentially being exposed to the virus.”

  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Regularly clean high-touch surfaces.
