Ocean City Officials Remain Frustrated With Overdue Drainage Project

Ocean City will reluctantly stick with the construction company overseeing a troubled $6.5 million drainage project instead of fighting it out in court or trying to remove the contractor from the job. City officials said litigation against the lead contractor, A.E.
