Hello, I am looking for New Jersey families, couples, friends for a series filming in March to May who are looking to get a new puppy.
I wanted to find someone in Ocean City, firstly because I love New Jersey but also because it is a great surfing spot and we might get some good water dogs!
Some more information about the series: The series is being made by a company called Blast Films, for a well-respected channel specializing in animal-related programming. The series follows families, couples and singles from around the U.S. who are about to become owners of puppies. It’s a light-hearted and entertaining look at some of the challenges and triumphs involved when training a puppy, whilst providing touching insights into the lives of the new owners as they embark on this new adventure.
For both new owner and puppy it will be a journey of discovery, discipline, patience and love – a seismic shift in the family dynamic. We are looking to speak with breeders like yourselves who might be interested in being involved in the project, having one of their puppies followed to their new homes. We will then follow six puppy owners for 10 weeks.
By filming a couple of days a week with each family in their home, we will track the progress of both owners and puppies over the first couple of months, capturing the magic (and not so magic!) moments that only a puppy can bring. We are looking for preferably first-time owners, or it being the only dog in the house but that is not paramount.
