Ocean City American Legion Donates $2,500 to Walk for Wounded

The Ocean City American Legion Morvay Miley Post 525 presented a $2,500 check to Ocean City Home Bank for their Silver Star sponsorship of the upcoming Walk for the Wounded in support of Operation First Response.

Walk for the Wounded is a 3-mile walk along the Ocean City Home Bank raising money for Operation First Response, an organization that provides both financial and emotional support to wounded soldiers and their families. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, September 27^th and begins at the Ocean City Music Pier. Registration begins at 8:30 and the walk kicks off at 10.
