Dear Friends,
I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Whether you are staying in town or visiting family, don’t forget to stock up on your favorite Ocean City treats to make your family gatherings extra festive. I would like to thank everyone who made this year’s Christmas season in Ocean City as special as ever.
First Night is just a week away, and if you have not purchased admission buttons for your family, please do so soon, as we will sell out this year as we have in the past. You can order your buttons online at www.FirstNightOCNJ.com or call 1-800-BEACH-NJ. Buttons also can be purchased in person at City Hall Welcome Center at Ninth Street and Asbury Avenue.
And as a reminder, the final City Council meeting of 2015 will be held Monday, December 28 at 1:00 PM in Council Chambers. At the meeting, City Council and I will be recognizing City Clerk Linda MacIntyre for her years of service to the City. Linda is retiring at the end of the month and we hope she has a relaxing retirement.
