“The process for check-in is very simple,” says Ryan Huck, a Berkshire Hathaway real estate agent. “The clients come to our office at 2:00 on Saturday, wait at our tent, give their last name, and they are handed an envelope with everything they will need such as keys, Wi-Fi passwords, the garage code, trash days, a map of the island and all of their agents’ information as well as the office’s in case they need to contact anyone,”.
Renters are also given gift bags with plenty of goods to be used during their stay, such as a beach bag and bucket as well as merchandise from local businesses. And if you want to let your friends know about your check-in experience, there is of course a selfie banner and Snapchat GeoFilter for your own personal use! That’s right, Berkshire is up to date with their social media!
