With a new moon having passed on Saturday, minor tidal flooding is possible with the highest tides expected at 9:32 a.m. and 9:55 p.m. on the bay side of Ocean City, where flooding is usually worse. Residents on low-elevation streets may want to consider moving their vehicles to higher ground.
Near record cold will follow the storm with the low temperature on Monday night predicted at 11 degrees.
