Join us as we debut a documentary the Museum produced and was directed by Jerry Lukas on the life and career of Mark Soifer, Ocean City’s veteran public relations director. For more than 45 years, Soifer helped make OC the memorable vacation destination it is so well known as. Afterward a social reception will be hosted in the Museum.
