The new Ocean City location for Comcast’s customer service trailer is up and running and will offer extended hours on Memorial Day Weekend:
- Saturday, May 23: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 24: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday, May 25: 9 to 5 p.m.
Customers can pick up self-install kits at any of customer service center location for any television, phone or Internet service and get back up and running on their own schedule, according to Comcast spokesperson Jennifer Bilotta.
The Comcast service center is located next to the Humane Society of Ocean City on Shelter Road. Access to Shelter Road is from Tennessee Avenue (between 22nd and 23rd streets off Bay Avenue).
The Comcast trailers moved from a location at Fifth Street and Asbury Avenue this week as construction on a new skateboard park began.
