Tickets for a variety of great Ocean City Pops shows this summer will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday, April 19.
After a sold-out debut to open the 2023 Pops’ season last summer, Broadway and television star Kristin Chenoweth will return to the Ocean City Music Pier to close the 2024 season at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
The award-winning actress and singer’s career spans film, television and stage. In 2009, she received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in “Pushing Daisies.”
In 1999, she won a Tony Award for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” and she was nominated for her original role of Glinda the Good Witch in “Wicked” in 2004. She has been nominated for two Emmy Awards and a People’s Choice Award for her role on “Glee.”
