A few weeks ago, I wrote a letter to the editor here at the Daily encouraging everyone to support Ocean City businesses. As part of that letter, I pledged to increase my support of Ocean City businesses by sitting down and having a meal at an Ocean City restaurant every other Friday, in addition to the usual business I give to Ocean City.
Since I wrote that letter, I had a delicious dinner at Nonna’s and a filling breakfast at Sunrise Café. And now another “Sit & Dine Friday” is upon me. This week I shall complete the meal trifecta and have lunch at the Varsity Inn.
I’ll post pictures of my meal at the Varsity Inn to the Daily’s Facebook page, so people can see first-hand the great options that Ocean City has to offer and will then stop in and have a bite. If you’re participating in “Sit & Dine Friday,” feel free to do the same and show off your support for Ocean City!
