The Cape May County Board of Commissioners held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday to celebrate the start of the second phase of the Tech Village project at the Cape May County Airport. Building on the success of the first phase of the high-tech facility, which quickly reached full occupancy, the expansion involves the construction of a new 16,434-square-foot building.
