In September, students in the Ocean City Intermediate School will see a new principal. Former Intermediate School Principal Mike Mattina took a position in the Hammonton School District, opening up the position for another longtime educator to lead the school, Matthew Engle. The Board of Education approved Engle’s contract at its meeting June 20. He begins in the district July 1 at an annual salary of $122,000.
