There will be road closures on 29th Street and 30th Street for the sewer work.
Detours will be in place starting Monday, June 9, for permanent repairs to a sewer main failure in Ocean City.
The stretch of 29th Street from Haven Avenue to Asbury Avenue will be closed, along with 30th Street from West Avenue to Asbury Avenue.
West Avenue will remain open to traffic in both directions.
Detours will be in place for traffic on 29th Street and 30th Street.
Motorists should use caution in this area while New Jersey American Water works as quickly as possible to repair the main and reopen the roadways.
