Have you had any thoughts about end-of-life planning? Do you have everything in order?
You may not want to think about it as it sits in the back of your mind, but it’s time to bring it to the forefront. OCNJ AARP Chapter 1062 is here to assist you.
On Friday, April 18, Carolyn Peterson, community liaison for Angelic Hospice, and social worker Shalina Basu will appear at an AARP meeting to discuss the key aspects of end-of-life planning and answer any questions the audience may have.
The meeting will be held 1 p.m. at Room 110 in the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave.
At the meeting, the AARP will collect non-perishable food items for the Food Bank. Audience members are encouraged to support the AARP’s effort to feed the hungry.
Also at the meeting, volunteers will be collecting the AARP’s annual $5 dues. If you’re not yet a 2025 member, please see one of the volunteers to join.
