“Music Through the Ages” is the theme of the Friends of the Ocean City Pops annual luncheon set for Thursday, Aug. 22, at the Flanders Hotel, 719 East 11th Street, Ocean City. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
The event continues to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Pops Orchestra, the oldest municipal orchestra in the United States. It will feature Brandon Tomasello, a popular vocalist who will perform selections from Frank Sinatra’s Great American Songbook.
Tickets are $60 (including parking) and may be purchased at the Ocean City Music Pier before a Pops concert, beginning July 10.
