Niche, a website offering rankings and statistics on towns, schools and colleges, recently released its 2024 High Schools with the Best Teachers in Cape May County.

 

This list offers a ranking based on an analysis of statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents using data from the U.S. Department of Education. Ranking factors include state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, grade school ratings, and the overall quality of the school district.

Lower Cape May Regional High School


Lower Cape May Regional High School tops the list with an impressive Niche Teacher Rating of A. The school serves 757 students in grades 9 through 12, with a student-to-teacher ratio of 11:1. This ratio allows teachers to provide personalized attention, fostering an environment where students can thrive.

Cape May County Technical High School


Cape May County Technical High School is another standout, earning an A- in the Niche Teacher Rating. With 553 students in grades 9 through 12 and a student-to-teacher ratio of 9:1, the school offers a more intimate learning environment where teachers can closely monitor and guide student progress. 


Middle Township High School


Middle Township High School also received an A- in the Niche Teacher Rating, placing it among the top high schools in Cape May County for teacher quality. The school serves 790 students in grades 9 through 12, with a student-to-teacher ratio of 12:1. This balanced ratio ensures that students receive adequate attention and support in their studies.
