Ocean City’s Tax Office has just received the final certified tax rate for 2023 and expects to mail tax bills to property owners in the first week of August, Mayor Jay Gillian said.
The payment and grace period deadlines (which would typically be Aug. 1 and Aug. 10, respectively) will be extended accordingly.
This mailing will include final tax bills for the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and estimated tax bills for the first and second quarters of 2024, Gillian said in a statement posted on the city’s website.
