List of Guarded Beaches as of Aug. 15

The Ocean City Beach Patrol will be guarding the following beaches as of Monday, Aug. 15.

Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

• Atlantic Blvd.
• North Street
• St. Charles Place
• Pennlyn Place
• Park Place
• Brighton Place
• 7th Street Surfing Beach
• 8^th Street
• 9^th Street
• 10^th Street
• 11^th Street
• 12^th Street
• 14th Street
• 18th Street
• 24th Street
• 26^th Street
• 30th Street
• 32nd Street
• 34^th Street
• 36th Street
• 39th Street
• 44th Street
• 46th Street
• 50th Street
• 55th Street
• 58^th Street

Lifeguard stands may not be exactly at street ends as guards will place the stand in the safest area depending on water conditions.

Mobile EMS and water-rescue response teams will be stationed on the beach, and additional personnel will patrol on personal watercraft. Response teams will be staffed in the evenings.
