It was one of my greatest honors to serve Ocean City as the 1st Ward Councilman. It is personally important to me that the individual who serves-out the remainder of my term be someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hard-working, and balanced in their judgment.
When Terry Crowley stepped up, I knew that he was the right person for the job.
I have known Terry, his wife Jen, and their two sons for over a decade. I followed his five years on the Ocean City Planning Board and discussed many of the issues with him. He is someone who does his homework and makes up his own mind. He is a person of character and does not dodge issues.
I strongly urge you to vote for Terrence Crowley, Jr. on November 2nd.
Below are some quotes from other Ocean City elected officials regarding Mr. Crowley:
State Assemblyman Antwan McClellan: "Terry has served Ocean City well on the Planning Board and as a youth sports coach. It has been a pleasure watching him on City Council. We need more people like him to protect our way of life in Ocean City."
Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian: “The taxpayers will benefit from Terry. He has solid experience and in his short time on Council has shown his commitment to the 1st Ward and the City of Ocean City."
Council President and 4th Ward Councilman Bob Barr:
“Terry is everything we need on City Council. He has experience in business, is a true family man. Has spent hundreds of hours volunteering in his community, and is a true independent thinker that looks at the facts and will do what is best for the City and the taxpayers. I look forward to him being successful today and working with him for years to come."
Council Vice President and 2nd Ward Councilman Tom Rotondi: Terry is the right person to fight for the future of Ocean City. He understands the real issues that will affect our town long after we are gone. We need independent thinkers on Council who are not afraid to stand up to protect the taxpayer. Terry is that person."
3rd Ward Councilman Jody Levchuk: “Terry has been great to work with on a variety of topics over the last couple of months. I look forward to continuing our progress together for Ocean City”
At Large Councilman Keith Hartzell: “Well-rounded business man, deep roots in our community, an involved parent, doing a great job on Council.“
At Large Councilman Pete Madden:
"There is a quote that says 'Good character is not formed in a week or a month. It is created little by little, day by day.' Terry Crowley’s character is shown in his daily actions with family, community, work and now City Council. I look forward to serving together with Terry now and in the years to come."
At Large Councilwoman Karen Bergman:
"In the short time he’s been on Council, he’s shown motivation to keep Ocean City moving forward."
Please make an effort to get out and vote today. The city, our many second homeowners and guests are counting on you.
