Ocean City High School’s state championship baseball team against Pascack Valley was postponed Saturday night because of the forecast for bad weather.
Under the new schedule, the Red Raiders (19-7) will meet Pascack Valley (24-5) for the state Group III title at 11 a.m. Sunday at Bob DeMeo Memorial Field in Mercer County’s Veterans Park.
Both teams are shooting for their first state baseball championship in school history. Ocean City appeared in the state title game in 2010 and 2016, but lost both times.
