Three more Cape May County residents have died from COVID-19, health officials reported Monday.
The total number of coronavirus cases has climbed to 659, including 53 deaths, according to a county press release.
The latest deaths included an 82-year-old woman from Ocean City, a 55-year-old man from West Cape May and an 87-year-old woman from Dennis Township.
“My heart goes out to the families of those who lost their loved one,” Cape May County Freeholder Director Gerald Thornton said in the release. “May your memories give you peace and comfort.”
