Margaret M. King, 89, of Palermo passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at her home. Mrs. King was born February 27, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Charles and Anna Malloy.
Mrs. King had been the Office Administrator for Our Lady of Good Counsel R. C. Church in Ocean City for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by one son: John (Linda) King, III of Marmora, NJ two daughters: Lisa (Kurt) King-Giblin of Palermo, NJ and Margaret (George) Selgrade of Absecon, NJ, sisters: Anne Malloy Hierholzer of Louisa, VA, Dorothy Ferguson of San Diego, CA and Louise Secrest of MD, 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband John F. King, Jr. in 1991,her son: Gary M. King and granddaughter: Lisa Selgrade.
A Mass of Christian Resurrection will be offered at 11:00 o’clock on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Church Of The Resurrection Of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 60 West Tuckahoe Road, Marmora, NJ with Monsignor Peter Joyce officiating.
Burial will follow in Seaside Cemetery, Palermo, NJ.
