The storm we have been watching all week will not amount to much in strength, but will still make for an unpleasant weekend. Low pressure system will slide to our south and move off the coast later today. The storm is forecast to remain further east and weaker. Expect occasional rain to move in this afternoon which can mix or even change to snow at times into the evening.
Heaviest precipitation will occur this evening over Ocean City. Rain could mix or even change to snow during that time. Roadways will remain wet.
As the storm develops offshore more occasional rain/mix is expected on Sunday. If storm is close enough, precipitation could change to all snow late Sunday as the storm moves away and colder air wraps back into the area. Overall accumulations, if any, will be light and mainly on cars and grassy surfaces as temperatures will remain in the upper 30s.
