The Ocean City Ecumenical Council Community Food Cupboard would like to thank the Ocean City Postal Workers and the Ocean City community for contributing non-perishable food donations to our Cupboard this past weekend (May 9, 2015).
We received approximately 4,633 lbs. of food.
Additional thanks go to:
- Mark Kelly for obtaining shopping carts for our use and Super Fresh for letting us borrow the carts.
- Volunteers that helped us set up, break down, and weigh, sort and shelve the donations.
- Parents and leaders of organizations that encouraged the youth to obtain community service credits by helping out.
We are most grateful for all the assistance received to help us feed those in need.
