Sturdy Savings Bank Names New CFO

Sturdy Savings Bank has branches in Cape May and Atlantic counties.

Lisa Eisele has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) at Sturdy Savings Bank, according to a news release.

Prior to her promotion, Eisele served as vice president, controller/treasurer for three years for Sturdy Savings.

In her new role, Eisele will continue to oversee the high-level operations of finance. She will also have increased engagement in bank-wide initiatives and special projects.

“I am excited and honored to serve in this capacity at Sturdy Savings Bank,” Eisele said in the release. “This role will allow me to have a greater influence on the success and future of this bank, of which I am so proud to be a part.”

Eisele brings 19 years of experience to her new role at Sturdy Savings. She is a member of the N.J. Bankers’ CFO Committee and has served her community in a number of voluntary roles. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stockton University.

Sturdy Savings Bank serves Cape May and Atlantic counties at 14 branches located in Avalon, Cape May, Cape May Court House, Dennisville, Marmora, North Cape May, North Wildwood, Ocean City, Rio Grande, Somers Point, Stone Harbor, Tuckahoe, and Wildwood Crest.
