Ocean City Restaurant Week Runs Monday to Saturday

Periwinkles restaurant on the beach block of Ninth Street in Ocean City, NJ. Visitors will be able to sample a variety of eateries at discounted prices during Ocean City Restaurant Week from Monday (June 16) to Saturday (June 21). Participating restaurants will offer special prix fixe (fixed price) menus during the promotion — many include two meals for one price, others offer discounted prices. Andrew Yoa, president of the Ocean City Restaurant Association and owner of the Island Grill, said the group has tried to keep the Restaurant Week the same for the past three or four years, so it becomes a tradition for visitors in the week after Father's Day. As of Saturday, participating restaurants that had posted information include:

• Cousins Restaurant (First Street and Asbury Avenue)
• Periwinkles (Beach block of 9th Street)
• Spadafora's Restaurant and Clam Bar (9th and Atlantic)
• Emily's Ocean Room at the Flanders Hotel (11th and Boardwalk)
• Jon & Patty's (637 Asbury Avenue)
• Mike's Seafood (55th and West)
• Sack O' Subs (926 Asbury or 55th and Central)
