Discounted 2026 Ocean City beach tags now on sale

Seasonal beach tags for summer 2026 went on sale Saturday at a discounted price of $30.

The $30 price will remain in effect through May 31, 2026. On June 1, the price increases to the regular cost of $35.

Beach tags are required for all beachgoers ages 12 and older and will be in effect from June 1, 2026, through September 7, 2026.

Only seasonal beach tags can be purchased at this time. Weekly ($20) and daily ($10) tags will be available for purchase during the summer season.

Seasonal tags can be purchased online at store.ocnj.us.

Beach tags may be purchased in person at the following locations (excluding holidays):

• City Hall (861 Asbury Ave.): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily
• Route 52 Causeway Welcome Center: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
• Henry Knight Building (12th Street and Haven Ave.): 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
• Aquatic & Fitness Center (17th Street and Simpson Ave.): 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
• 46th Street Welcome Center: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday to Sunday.
