Thankfully, the company cares about such reviews because they reached out to the customers to get more details and possibly provide compensation. Dumbo moving is quite large and has a number of different crews. So, it is indeed possible for certain crews to be much better than others and vice versa.

So, if you are going to use Dumbo Moving, we suggest you look at the reviews and specifically ask for crews and truck numbers that had been praised.
Moving locally is much easier than moving out of city limits and interstate. Dumbo Moving does provide the option to move customers from NYC to other states like DC and Florida.
These moves differ from local moves in that they cost much more, and the whole dynamic is quite different because of the time required to move. Nevertheless, it seems that this moving company is quite good at interstate moves because the reviews don’t shy away from praising them.

The first of those reviews was posted just a week ago at the time of writing, while the second was two years old. So, its great to see that Dumbo Moving has maintained a great standard over these years for long moves.
Dumbo Moving provides storage services as well. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any reviews for their storage services. What we did find were five-star reviews about them, saying that they are great at organizing storage units.
One reviewer by the name of “Bek” was particularly happy with the way the crew organized their belongings in a tight storage unit. Here’s what they had to say.

Their customer care and after-service is also good. We saw many reviews in which the company had replied to the customer to either thank them, or compensate them (for any mistakes).
