Nearly 1,000 runners competed Sunday in the OCNJ Half Marathon that showcases Ocean City’s Boardwalk, downtown and neighborhoods with ocean views throughout the race.
Mike Iannotta, 24, of Marlton, N.J., was the overall winner on the 13.1-mile course in 1:06:59.54, averaging a sub-5-minute mile pace.
Holly Kourakos, 38, of Blue Bell, Pa., was 15th overall and the top female finisher in 1:24:28.99.

The event also included a 10-mile non-competitive run/walk with 131 finishers and a 5-kilometer race with 493 finishers. The combined races had 1,600 finishers.
