Le'Veon Bell is clearly angling for a very specific type of media/influencer career, and tried to use Fletcher Cox as his latest means to that end.
Bell — who appeared at a campaign rally with former President Donald Trump earlier this month — was among those on X who took issue with the outfit that Cox wore in a years-old appearance on FOX that resurfaced recently:
lol grown ass man wearing a blouse, I’m done 😂 they done got to ‘em pic.twitter.com/gXm4FpOsdv
In a since-deleted response, Cox lashed out at Bell in response to his initial tweet:
TRENDING: Fletcher Cox responds to #NFL legend Le’Veon Bell accusing him of wearing a women's blouse
👀 pic.twitter.com/cYD8GQaCqd
It's unclear why Cox deleted his response, because Bell hasn't taken any of his tweets down:
oh stop it tough guy .. I know you may feel pretty in that blouse, but ion want your number .. I gotta girl bro 😂 https://t.co/CzJV4G1FHc
it’s a blouse tho?? or am I trippin y’all? lol
In case you're wondering, the tweet originated from a user that's definitely in touch with reality and not on any no fly lists:
Here is former NFL player Fletcher Cox participating in a Illuminati Humiliation Ritual….
The agenda here is to emasculate men watching this to make it seem like this is normal behavior…. pic.twitter.com/w1JwtHEFWk
Anyway, Bell, once a great running back, is still only 32 years old. He hasn't played in the NFL since 2021. And he's evidently determined that there's quite a bit of money to be made talking about the days where men used to be men, or something like that.
