The South Ocean City Improvement Association bicycle parade showcased a lot of creativity and talent from participants who decorated their bicycles, themselves, floats, wagons and vehicles in patriotic spirit galore for the Fourth of July parade.
While it was tough to choose from the many decorative displays, officials did and announced the standouts.
