Here's How Each Philadelphia City Council Member Voted on '76 Place'

  • Sixers

11 different bills pertaining to "76 Place" passed through Philadelphia City Council Thursday. Here's a look at how each member voted on all the bills, which essentially pave the way for the controversial Center City arena to be built, with an estimated completion of summer 2031.

As a reminder, at least nine of the 17-member City Council need to vote in the affirmative for a bill to pass.

Dan O'Mara of FOX 29 laid out the details of each bill earlier today. We'll go through one-by-one and break down who voted for or against it, along with which district, if any, each member represents.

Bill No. 240964-A: Creates a special services district to mitigate the impact of the arena on the surrounding community. The Arena Services District Authority will manage the district and provide services within it. The Authority would be funded by the Sixers through the Community Benefit Agreement (CBA).
