The Ocean City Utility Advisory Commission will sponsor a free presentation on how Ocean City's water and wastewater rates are determined.
The event will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, in the Chris Maloney Lecture Hall at the Ocean City Free Public Library (1735 Simpson Avenue).
The event will also be livestreamed.
