Anyone who wishes to be on the ballot as a candidate for the Nov. 7 General Election to fill the unexpired term of the Fourth Ward seat on City Council must submit their petitions to the City Clerk’s office by 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24.
The unexpired term runs through June 30, 2024. A vacancy was created when Fourth Ward Councilman Bob Barr resigned his seat to join the Cape May County Board of Commissioners.
