Kristin Chenoweth to Join O.C. Pops for Summer Concert

Tickets for the season-opening Ocean City Pops concert featuring Broadway and television star Kristin Chenoweth will go on sale starting at 9 a.m. Friday, April 14. Chenoweth will join the Pops at the Ocean City Music Pier at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 25. The award-winning actress and singer’s career spans film, television and stage, and she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2009, she received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in “Pushing Daisies.” In 1999, she won a Tony Award for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” and she was nominated for her original role of Glinda the Good Witch in “Wicked” in 2004. She has been nominated for two Emmy Awards and a People’s Choice Award for her role on “Glee,” and she also recently starred in Apple TV’s comedy series “Schmigadoon.” Online ticket sales and information on how to purchase tickets in-person are available at oceancityvacation.com/boxoffice.
