After receiving a graduate degree from Harvard, and working on Capitol Hill and Wall Street, she now uses her analytical skills to uncover those little things that can make big differences in lives and relationships.
Her research books are based on multiyear, nationally representative research studies and have become game changers for personal and professional relationships around the world.
