Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty is growing. Broker/owners Burt and Emily Wilkins, along with Pete Madden, announced the addition of several new members to the Goldcoast Sotheby’s agency in Ocean City. The new agents are at various points in their real estate careers and help provide expertise and a commitment to service that Goldcoast Sotheby's is known for, according to a news release. The Dwyer Group -- Jennifer Dwyer, Kimberly Beckmann and Jill Nuss -- have joined the ranks of Goldcoast. Dwyer was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and is a graduate of Temple University. She brings a 20-year entrepreneurial career in Ocean City operating a number of successful Boardwalk businesses. She said she is confident her expertise in both listing and selling investment and residential real estate will lend itself well to Goldcoast Sotheby’s. Beckmann is new to real estate and excited to use her interests in interior design, architecture and landscape to build her real estate portfolio. She has enjoyed raising her four children over the past 20 years and is looking forward to her next adventure -- helping other families start their adventure in America’s Greatest Family Resort, the release said. Nuss began her career in ophthalmology and after 20 years made the move to Ocean City to begin a new challenge in the real estate field. But her desire to help people has remained steadfast, viewing her clients like patients and making it her responsibility to care for their needs and aid them in the decision-making process, according to the release Kevin McGonigle, who grew up in Ocean City and is an 18-year veteran in the real estate field, has also joined Goldcoast as one of the top producers. Over the years, McGonigle has been a continual Circle of Excellence Award winner and specializes in representing extraordinary properties and clients throughout Ocean City and southern New Jersey. The Ladd-Liess Associates are another team that has joined Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty. Ryan Ladd and Brian Liess, both of Ocean City, have transformed their relationship from high school teammates to college roommates and for the past eight years into a successful business partnership. They have been recognized by the NJ Circle of Excellence with Bronze and Silver level awards in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Angelique (Ang) Matlack is a native of Ocean City, graduate of Ocean City High School and has been a member of the Goldcoast office staff since 2020. Growing up around real estate with her father being a broker, Matlack developed a keen sense for construction, interior design and the housing market. After obtaining her real estate license, she is transitioning from front of house to licensed real estate agent, where she hopes to bring her passion for all things Ocean City to those looking for their own slice of heaven, the release said. Matlack has had the unique experience of watching Ocean City evolve over the years, continuously finding new reasons to fall in love with her hometown. She hopes to share those reasons with future clients looking to buy, sell or rent. Another Ocean City High School grad joining Goldcoast Sotheby’s is Ollie Tomasello. After spending five years in California, Tomasello returned to his New Jersey roots where he has taken his background in construction along the coastline to a budding career in real estate. When he is not in the office, Tomasello can be found out and about on the waters around Ocean City or up in his family’s seventh generation farmed vineyard in Hammonton. He uses his love and lifetime of memories in Ocean City to aid clients looking to create their own. No matter what your real estate needs, Goldcoast Sotheby’s is equipped to handle all aspects of your real estate sale and rental needs. From the initial search to the final signature, Goldcoast Sotheby’s has the personnel, resources and passion to make each client’s dream a reality.
