Ocean City police respond to the accident.
An 82-year-old Seaville woman struck while crossing the street in Ocean City’s downtown Wednesday morning has died, police said.
At 11:38 a.m., Elizabeth Goodwin, a pedestrian, was hit at the intersection of Eighth Street and Central Avenue.
Goodwin was transported to the trauma unit at Atlantic City Medical Center, City Campus, in Atlantic City for treatment. Police reported Wednesday night that she had died.
