The Ocean City Police Department has made an arrest in the Road Rage incident reported on September 23, 2017 at 7:20pm. The Department would like to thank all of those who responded to the Facebook posting and assisted with the quick resolution of locating and charging the suspect.
The Accused turned himself in to the Ocean City Police on September 27, 2017. The Accused was released on a summons.
Arrested: Brian M. Fitzpatrick, age 38, W, M, Ocean City, NJ
Charges: 2C:12-1B Aggravated Assault Physical Force 3rd Degree
2C:12-1A Simple Assault Disorderly Persons
