The Greater Ocean City Theatre Company (OCTC) will once again present five family friendly theatrical productions this summer. OCTC has assembled talented, professional casts to bring to life a wide range of stories right here at the Ocean City Music Pier.
Join Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the hip hip Hippo and, of course, those hilarious, plotting penguins as they bound onto your stage in the musical adventure of a lifetime. Based on the smash DreamWorks animated motion picture, MADAGASCAR – A MUSICAL ADVENTURE follows all of your favorite crack-a-lackin’ friends as they escape from their home in New York’s Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of King Julien’s Madagascar. Experience the adventure July 3rd at the Ocean City Music Pier. The show has a 10:30AM curtain.
OCTC’s 2017 Children’s Theatre Series in Ocean City continues throughout the summer. An exciting retelling of the familiar fairytale where Goldilocks is brought to court to face the charges of breaking and entering the Bears’ cottage. THE TRIAL OF GOLDILOCKS comes to the Music Pier on July 11
th. Join Curious George the inquisitive, loveable, monkey star of books, movies, and PBS television show in our July 18
th show, CURIOUS GEORGE: THE GOLDEN MEATBALL. The beloved children’s book will jump off the pages in his new show THE MUSICAL ADVENUTES OF FLAT STANLEY on July 25
th. The Children’s Theatre Series will conclude with STINKYKIDS THE MUSICAL on August 1st. StinkyKid Britt loves making everyone happy. But this girl who never gets in trouble is in a sticky situation – literally: She has an impossibly epic wad of gum stuck in her hair.
