Roeck, Alice Jean 88 of Ocean City, NJ passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at her home.
Mrs. Roeck was born in Avis, PA, grew up in of Buffalo, NY and has been a resident of Ocean City, NJ since 1989.
She attended Temple University Dental School as a dental hygiene student where she met her husband of 51 years, Dale who was a Dental School student at the time. Dr. Roeck was so taken by “Jean” that he asked her to marry him on their first date.
They spent a lifetime happily married and raised a loving family.
She is predeceased by her husband Dale and a son, Frederick V. Roeck. Surviving are her son Carl his wife Maria and the pride of her life, her grandchildren Dale F., II and Carly all of Ocean City, NJ.
A Service of Memory and Love will be offered Thursday morning, December 1st at ten o’clock from St. John Lutheran Church, 10th Street at Central Avenue, Ocean City, NJ where friends may call from 9:30 until the time of service. Burial is private in Locustwood Cemetery.
