We’ve had great start to the Memorial Day weekend, unfortunately it will not last. A Tropical Depression (or could be Tropical Storm Bonnie if it strengthens) located off the coast of South Carolina will hamper the end of our vacation weekend. With “Bonnie” to our south and an approaching cold front, a persistent southeast flow will pump ample moisture through the region. The threat of heavy rain exists heavy along with scattered storms into Ocean City late Sunday night into Monday. Wind will not be a factor with this system only localized heavy rain. Until then we still have a great Saturday and a decent Sunday as clouds will increase along with the humidity.
