The Ocean City Police Department in conjunction with Ocean City PBA Local No. 61 will be taking part in the No-Shave November fundraiser that will benefit local families battling cancer.
With full support from Chief Chad Callahan, officers will be donating/raising money for local families affected by cancer. In return, Chief Callahan waived the department's policy towards shaving for the entire month.
Officer Pat Walsh and Detective Mark Pancoast are coordinating this fundraising effort. No Shave November is used to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose. Consider donating the money you usually spend on shaving and grooming for a month to aid those fighting the battle against cancer.
To donate, please go to
www.ocpba.com and contribute to our fundraiser. Please consider helping these local families in need. Thank you in advance for your consideration and generous donations.
