Celebrating the life and times of famous actress-turned-princess, Grace Kelly, the Ocean City Historical Museum will host an afternoon high tea at the Flanders Hotel on Wednesday, June 10, at 2 p.m. in the Candlelight Ballroom.
Guests can tour an exhibit on Grace Kelly, prepared especially for the event. Kelly's family owned property in Ocean City, and she was a regular visitor. Highlighting the affair is the speaker, Ocean City historian and author Fred Miller.
The event also will feature some of the music from Grace’s movie career on the piano by Dr. Stephen Gring — including "True Love," made famous by Kelly and Bing Crosby from the movie "High Society."
Tickets are available for purchase at the Museum: $35 for members and $38 for the general public. Tickets for whole tables (8 people) can be purchased at the member’s rate. For further information, call the museum at 609-399-1801.
