A three-car accident shortly before 4 p.m. on Tuesday on the 34th Street Bridge is blocking traffic.
Public safety personnel are responding now, but motorists may want to seek an alternative route to get off the island.
UPDATE: Accident is cleared and traffic is flowing normally at 4:30 p.m.
