Ocean City,
Thank you for your love and support over the last decade. I am not going to lie, I missed serving you and I wanted to return. That said, the kindness and support that my team and I felt during the campaign was great.
I would like to thank my Campaign Managers (my son & daughter) Flynn and Reagan DeVlieger. It was great and a lot of fun discussing strategy and execution with you. You are a constant source of inspiration to me.
To my colleagues on Council, I enjoyed every minute serving with you whether we agreed or not. As you have learned over time, I believe the best outcomes are when they are vetted and debated. I am proud of the things that we achieved together. Continue to work for the good of our taxpayers and our guests. Question, challenge, and test, but do not stop progress.
Please stand strong against:
- The Wind Turbine Industrial Park.
- Keep other communities and developers from exploiting our resources for their own profits.
- Condo-Hotel projects except in the permitted zones.
Ocean City is a very special place that needs to be nurtured and protected. I will always be proud to call this home.
