The Ocean City Board of Realtors in cooperation with the City of Ocean City will present a free seminar, “An Ounce of Prevention,” on Saturday, Dec. 5.

Attention homeowners, rental property owners and second homeowners, learn how to protect and prepare your real estate investment.

The seminar is Saturday, Dec. 5, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave. in Ocean City, NJ.
